Tristan D. Hujer

Practice Areas: Tristan Hujer counsels and litigates for self-insureds and insureds, plaintiffs, and business organizations.  His cases include motor vehicle accidents; premises liability; and disputes concerning employment agreements, promissory notes, operating agreements, and other contracts.  Mr. Hujer travels frequently for his clients, appearing at depositions, conferences, hearings, and trials; he practices in numerous state and federal courts. 

 

Admissions: New York State, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S. District Court – Western District of New York, U.S. District Court – District of Massachusetts.

 

Education: Mr. Hujer graduated from St. Francis High School in Buffalo, NY and Alfred University.  During college he studied history and philosophy and was a four-year letter-winner on the varsity lacrosse team; he also lived in Florence, Italy and studied Italian at Lorenzo de'Medici, The Art Institute of Florence.  He is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law.

 

Professional Affiliations: Erie County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association.

 

Personal: Mr. Hujer lives in Orchard Park, New York.  He is enthusiastic about CrossFit, cooking, skiing, and one day winning the New Yorker’s Cartoon Caption Contest.
